Slight Change to the C100 Course
As many are aware, a 4km section of Pretty River Road on the C100 route was recently tar and chipped. We have therefore made a slight revision to the route avoiding the area. The route will begin in the same way, leaving Blue Mtn. Village on Grey 19 but instead of taking a left onto Poplar Side Road, the route will now take a right and continue on Grey 19 heading towards Grey 2. The route then continues with a left on Grey 2 and a left onto Grey 31 where it rejoins the previously developed route.
We apologize for the last minute adjustment, but feel strongly this is necessary to deliver the most important element of your experience – safety. This revision also does add about 8km/5 miles to the distance, making the total route 169.4km/105.3miles in length with 1,770 meters of total gain.
As always, awards will be based on the gun time start (your time on the 105.3 mile course). The chip time results, however, will be calculated from the 2nd start wire that will be placed where the neutral rollout ends so those who are interested will have a C100 (vs. a C105.3) time.

Pre-Ride the Centurion Canada C50 and C100 Courses with RealDealRacing on Sept. 8 (50) and Sept. 9 (C100).
Come meet and ride with 2012 Ontario Cup Champion and inaugural Centurion Canada C100 winner Ed Veal and pre-ride the Centurion 50 and or 100 courses with RealDealRacing head coach and RealDealRacing/LaBicicletta elite team capatin Mike Mandel plus other members of the RealDealRacing/LaBicicletta elite cycling team.
RealDealRacing coaching staff have previewed the courses and are ready to break it down for you. We are offering a guided tour of one of this year’s most popular races with tips on what to do to make your event day a great one. We plan to meet at the start in Blue Mountain Village and ride the course from start to finish at a pace which will challenge you and give you a feel for actual race pace. A feed zone will be set up to give you a chance to re-fuel and the pace of the ride will be social enough at appropriate times to give you a chance to get to know the coaches and ask questions.
The Coaching staff has elite racing experience and will help you get ready to be at the front of the race where the action is.
C50 Pre-ride: Saturday Sept 8th at 10:00 a.m.
C100 Pre-ride: Sunday Sept 9th 10:00 a.m.
To reserve your spot and for additional details, please contact Ed Veal at firstname.lastname@example.org.
